Role Description

The Social Media Director will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Grovy Developers’ social media presence across all key platforms.

This full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates involves developing and implementing comprehensive social media campaigns that align with brand objectives, real estate launches, and investor communications.

The Social Media Director will oversee content calendars, guide content creation, manage social media optimization (SMO), and monitor performance analytics to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.

The role includes collaborating closely with marketing, sales, public relations, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging, timely response to audience interactions, and effective handling of brand reputation online.

The Social Media Director will also manage social media budgets, supervise agency or vendor relationships where applicable, and stay current with trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing multi-platform campaigns and analytics.
  • Excellent Communication and Public Relations skills to handle brand storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and online reputation management.
  • Proficiency in Content Strategy, including planning editorial calendars, aligning content with business goals, and guiding creative production.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing for real estate or related industries, including audience segmentation and lead-generation tactics.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams or agencies, with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, and executive functions.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with familiarity in social media and web analytics tools (e.g., Meta platforms, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, social listening tools).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing or social media are an advantage.
