Role Description
The Customer Solutions Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This role focuses on understanding customer requirements, designing end-to-end solutions that align with Grovy’s real estate offerings, and ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes and systems.
Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with sales and presales teams, conducting solution workshops and presentations with clients, preparing technical and functional proposals, and mapping customer journeys to Grovy products and services.
The role also involves working closely with project delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility, maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the lifecycle, and providing consultative guidance to optimize customer value and satisfaction.
The Customer Solutions Architect will contribute to continuous improvement by gathering feedback, identifying enhancement opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen Grovy’s market position.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, customer-centric solutions and integrating technical and business requirements.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Business Process skills, with the ability to analyze client operations, optimize workflows, and recommend improvements aligned with Grovy’s offerings.
- Candidates should possess Presales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, including conducting demos, creating proposals, managing client expectations, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Relevant experience in real estate, property technology, or related industries is beneficial, along with familiarity with UAE market dynamics.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in solution architecture, CRM platforms, or consulting are an advantage.
