Responsibilities
- Review mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs to resolve MEP clashes before installation.
- Inspect HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting installations for QA/QC and specification compliance.
- Lead TAB, commissioning, snagging, and de-snagging for handover.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with Dubai Civil Defense, DEWA, and Dubai Municipality.
- Track contractor schedules to meet mechanical milestones on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–7 years of UAE MEP site execution experience on high-rise, residential tower, or villa projects.
