The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with a combination of on-site work at client facilities and some work-from-home flexibility.

The role involves overseeing mechanical maintenance activities for HVAC and ventilation equipment, including routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems and components.

The engineer will plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules, coordinate with operations and project teams to minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement of equipment performance and reliability.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include documenting maintenance activities, maintaining accurate service records, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will contribute to optimizing energy efficiency and equipment lifespan while supporting successful delivery of ventilation projects.
