Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Dubai.

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage a portfolio of existing clients, and promote CVSAIR HVAC SYSTEMS products and solutions in the regional market.

Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals and quotations, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and supporting clients through the sales cycle.

The role will collaborate closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure accurate product positioning, pricing, and delivery timelines.

The specialist will also contribute to marketing activities such as campaigns, events, digital content, and training sessions to increase brand awareness and support revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide clear, professional support.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, including pipeline development, negotiation, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in Training clients or internal teams on products, features, and best practices to support successful implementation and usage.
  • Familiarity with HVAC, ventilation, construction, or related technical industries is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort using CRM systems and basic digital marketing tools to manage opportunities and support campaigns.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages relevant to the Middle East or surrounding regions are an advantage.
