Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Dubai.

The Project Manager will oversee HVAC and ventilation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include planning project timelines, coordinating with internal engineering, procurement, logistics, and site teams, and managing external stakeholders such as clients, contractors, and suppliers.

The role involves monitoring progress, identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

The Project Manager will also prepare status reports, maintain project documentation, support inspections and testing milestones, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong project leadership skills, including Project Management for planning, execution, monitoring, and closing HVAC/ventilation projects.
  • Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor activities to follow up supplier deliverables, track manufacturing progress, and ensure on-time delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Experience in Logistics Management to coordinate transportation, customs, warehousing, and delivery to project sites in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Inspection experience to plan, coordinate, and document quality inspections, FATs, and site checks in line with project specifications and standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience in HVAC, MEP, or industrial ventilation projects, preferably in large-scale commercial or infrastructure environments.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and standard office software.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage
