Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist at CVSAIR HVAC SYSTEMS.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting and selling the company's ventilation system products, and identifying opportunities in both domestic and international markets.

Additional responsibilities include providing superior customer service, delivering product training to clients when necessary, and contributing to the strategic achievement of sales goals.

The candidate will also support sales management activities and ensure that target metrics are achieved in alignment with the company's business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent customer service abilities, including addressing inquiries and providing solutions
  • Proven sales experience, with a strong ability to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Experience in conducting product training and understanding client needs
  • Knowledge of sales management practices to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools to manage sales processes
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with internal teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the HVAC or ventilation industry is advantageous
  • Fluency in English and/or Arabic
