The Transportation Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for coordinating and optimizing the movement of HVAC products and materials across domestic and international locations.

This role involves planning transportation schedules, selecting carriers, monitoring shipment status, and ensuring on-time delivery in alignment with project timelines and customer expectations.

The specialist will collaborate closely with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to resolve transportation issues, manage documentation, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.

Day-to-day tasks include analyzing transportation data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, updating internal systems, and communicating proactively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
