Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Dubai.
The Sales Consultant will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage a portfolio of clients, and promote CVSAIR HVAC and ventilation products to contractors, consultants, and end customers.
This role involves conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals, and following up on quotations to close sales.
The Sales Consultant will maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system, and collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure accurate specifications, pricing, and timely delivery.
Ongoing responsibilities include monitoring market trends, gathering competitor insights, participating in trade shows or industry events, and supporting after-sales activities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable HVAC and ventilation solutions.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in a professional, client-facing environment.
- Experience in B2B technical or industrial sales, ideally within HVAC, ventilation, or construction-related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and proposal preparation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in technical sales.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
