Role overview
A holiday home management company seeks an experienced Marketing & Revenue Assistant with a background in hotels or holiday homes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize properties on Booking.com, Airbnb, and other portals.
- Update pricing in the revenue management system based on market trends and generate monthly revenue reports.
- Handle guest communications and check-ins and check-outs; coordinate with cleaning and ground teams.
- Manage and update property and guest details in the DTCM portal.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the holiday home or hotel industry is mandatory.
- Proficiency in booking portals, RMS and CRM systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong accounting skills and excellent command of written and spoken English.
- UAE driving licence required.
Compensation
- AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
