A Dubai holiday-home rental company is hiring a guest relations executive.
Responsibilities
- Send check-in and check-out instructions and answer guest questions before and during stays.
- Welcome guests at the property and help them check in.
- Update listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other booking sites.
- Coordinate cleaning schedules with the ground team.
- Find maintenance workers and contact them when repairs are needed.
- Register guest details on DET government portals and update the internal system.
Requirements
- A UAE driving licence is required.
- Good spoken and written English skills are required.
- Good communication and customer service skills are expected.
- The role requires flexible hours, including weekends when needed for guest check-ins.

Compensation
- Pay ranges from AED 2,500 to AED 4,500 per month.
