Role Description

The Marketing Manager – AI Content is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for leading AI-driven content and digital marketing initiatives across OnTime Group’s brands.

This role involves planning and executing content strategies that leverage AI tools to create, optimize, and personalize messaging for web, social media, email, and campaign materials.

The Marketing Manager will oversee the development of marketing calendars, manage content production workflows, ensure brand consistency, and analyze performance metrics to refine campaigns.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal stakeholders, briefing and guiding creative teams, managing AI content platforms, conducting market and audience research, and aligning all content initiatives with business objectives.

The role also requires staying updated on emerging AI and marketing trends to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of content operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong marketing and digital strategy skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in AI-driven content creation and optimization tools, as well as familiarity with marketing automation and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in content development for web, social media, and email, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and channels.
  • Solid project management capabilities, including planning, prioritizing, and coordinating multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing or AI tools are beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to guide content decisions and improve campaign performance.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Dubai, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
  • Experience in the UAE market or government services, professional services, or similar industries is a plus.
