Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Finance Assistant role based in Dubai, requiring fluency in Tagalog and strong English communication skills.
The Finance Assistant will support day-to-day accounting operations, including processing invoices, preparing basic financial entries, and assisting with reconciliations and expense tracking.
The role includes maintaining accurate financial records, organizing documentation, and ensuring timely submission of payments and reports.
The Finance Assistant will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, respond to finance-related inquiries, and help prepare financial summaries or documentation as needed.
The position requires adherence to company policies, confidentiality standards, and relevant financial procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with experience in basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense management.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including accuracy with numbers, attention to detail, and the ability to identify discrepancies in financial data.
- Effective Communication skills in Tagalog and English, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and basic accounting or ERP software, and the ability to learn new financial tools quickly.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative support role is an advantage, especially within the UAE.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
