Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Business Development Executive – Real Estate.
The professional in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector, including prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored service offerings.
Responsibilities
include managing the entire sales cycle, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals while maintaining accurate records in CRM or relevant tools.
The role involves building and nurturing long-term client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and representing the company at industry events, property exhibitions, and client meetings.
The Business Development Executive will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to support strategic planning and continuous business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in the real estate market.
- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to manage client portfolios, ensure client satisfaction, and drive repeat business.
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present services clearly, negotiate effectively, and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in real estate, property registration, or related services in the UAE market is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office; ability to prepare professional proposals and reports.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
