This is a full-time, on-site Barista-Tagalog Speaker role based in Dubai.

The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.

Daily responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring a welcoming environment for a diverse customer base, with a particular focus on Tagalog-speaking customers.

The role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and seating areas in line with hygiene and safety standards.

The Barista will also manage stock levels, assist with basic food preparation, and support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and consistent service.
