Role Description

The Business Setup Advisor - Mainland is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, focused on guiding clients through the process of establishing and managing mainland businesses in the UAE.

The advisor will meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their business objectives, propose suitable legal structures, and explain relevant regulations and requirements.

Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with government authorities and internal departments, tracking application status, and ensuring timely completion of licensing and registration procedures.

The role also involves providing clear, professional communication on fees, timelines, and compliance obligations, as well as maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

The advisor will contribute to continuous improvement by sharing market insights, identifying process enhancements, and supporting business development initiatives when needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret regulations, assess client requirements, and recommend appropriate business setup solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in Consulting or Management Consulting, preferably in business setup, corporate services, or related advisory fields.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and interact effectively with clients and government entities.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of Finance, including fees, cost structures, and commercial considerations relevant to company formation.
  • Proven client service orientation, with the ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with UAE mainland business laws, company formation procedures, and government portals is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or case-management systems; fluency in English required, with Arabic or additional languages considered an advantage.
