Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Business Development Executive (BDE) focused on Dubai Land Department-related services.

The BDE will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and manage relationships with real estate developers, brokers, investors, and corporate clients, and promote OnTime’s property registration and related solutions.

Responsibilities include generating leads, arranging and attending client meetings, presenting service offerings, and following up to convert prospects into long-term clients.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery, maintaining client records, and preparing regular sales and activity reports.

The BDE will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and Dubai Land Department regulations to support business growth and recommend improvements to service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within real estate, property registration, or government services in the UAE.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills, with the ability to maintain a professional network among real estate and corporate stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of Dubai Land Department processes, real estate regulations, and property registration procedures (or strong willingness and ability to learn quickly).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a results-oriented approach and comfort working with targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for managing pipelines, reporting, and client records.
