Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Business Development Executive – Real Estate (Arabic Speaker).
The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the real estate sector, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients.
The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, build and maintain relationships with property developers, investors, and partners, and present OnTime Group’s real estate-related services and solutions.
Responsibilities include managing client meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating terms, and supporting contract closure to meet revenue and growth targets.
The role will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience, provide regular sales reports and forecasts, and represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities, with a focus on Arabic-speaking markets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a strong track record of building and growing a sales pipeline.
- Strong Business and Account Management capabilities, including client relationship management, opportunity tracking, and revenue growth.
- Excellent Communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver professional presentations and negotiate effectively.
- Experience in the real estate sector in the UAE or GCC, with understanding of local market dynamics, regulations, and client needs.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, organize priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office, and comfort using digital channels for prospecting and follow-up.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings and events are preferred.
