Role overview

Marketing responsibilities

• Manage marketing communications, campaigns, digital strategy, media initiatives and stakeholder engagement for assigned business areas.
• Manage projects, calendars and budgets; track planned versus actual activity and seek strong ROI through negotiation.
• Oversee account marketing from planning and agency briefing through approvals, production, media planning and timely delivery.
• Develop digital and social strategies and improve website and digital-tool design, content and conversion.
• Provide weekly status updates and report campaign effectiveness, cost savings, media results, spend and competitor tracking.
• Manage external suppliers, advertising and promotion funds, creative integrity, quality control and brand adherence.
• Manage and motivate the team, supervise work and support departmental policies, procedures and change initiatives.

Candidate requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed organization, including experience in a marketing role.
• University degree in Business or Marketing and working knowledge of advertising and marketing.
• Arabic is mandatory; good written and verbal English communication is listed, with English also described as an advantage.
• Strong planning, analytical and time-management skills, plus computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Compensation

• Indicative pay range is AED 24,500–36,500 per month, with eligibility to participate in a variable pay plan.
