Position Summary

Sales and Marketing Duties
- Contact potential owners by telephone to schedule preview package sales and tours.
- Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales and tours.
- Explain attendance details and requirements for sales presentations.
- Verify eligibility requirements before scheduling tours for a Marriott vacation club property.
- Determine and provide complimentary gifts, including rewards points or show tickets.
Office and Team Support
- Perform filing, email, typing, faxing, and other general office duties for Sales and Marketing.
- Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
- Assist management with employee training, evaluation, counseling, motivation, and coaching.
- Support team goals and maintain positive working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
Communication and Conduct Standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers, and callers.
- Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect guest and coworker privacy.
- Follow company policies, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and uphold quality expectations.
- Welcome guests, anticipate and address their service needs, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Workplace and Schedule
- The role is based in West Bay, Doha, Qatar.
- The schedule is full time.
- The position is not remote and is classified as non-management.
