About Elysian Group

Elysian Group operates in Dubai’s real estate sector, with expertise in sales, developments, and advisory.

The company is expanding its brand and seeks a Marketing Executive.

Role overview

Manages and grows Elysian Group’s digital presence through social media engagement, content, video storytelling, and community activity.

The role calls for creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of audiences in Dubai’s real estate market.

Social media and content

  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Develop strategies to grow followers, engagement, and community interactions; monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.
  • Write blogs and social captions and assist with scripts and planning for video shoots and podcasts.
  • Collaborate with content and video teams to create compelling storytelling.

Community and campaign support

  • Respond to audience inquiries, nurture online communities, and encourage user-generated content for brand storytelling.
  • Build digital relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
  • Appear on camera for social content and coordinate with design and media teams on brand identity.
  • Support shoots and events, brainstorm video concepts, track digital trends, and align content with brand values and marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, English, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of marketing experience; real estate experience is a strong advantage.
  • Proven social media growth track record and strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with video production processes such as storyboarding, scriptwriting, and shoot assistance.
  • Creative mindset, fresh ideas, strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to appear on camera for social media shoots.
