Full-time Junior Videographer role based in Dubai, UAE.
Creates property, lifestyle, event, and brand content for social media and other platforms.
What you'll do
- Shoot and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including property tours, broker content, launches, events, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Edit short- and longer-form videos; add music, subtitles, text, transitions, and basic graphics.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment; work from briefs, shot lists, and brand guidelines.
- Contribute creative ideas and adapt edits to platform formats, trends, and requirements.
- Collaborate with the creative and Marketing teams; organize footage and project files.
- Support shoots across Dubai and the UAE when required.
What we're looking for
- 1–2+ years of videography, video editing, or content creation experience and a portfolio/showreel demonstrating shooting and editing.
- Understanding of composition, framing, lighting, camera movement, and professional or mirrorless cameras.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar; familiarity with CapCut and social-first editing.
- Strong understanding of Reels, TikTok, and short-form content; visual storytelling and attention to detail.
- Able to take creative direction, collaborate, manage time, and work across multiple shoots and deadlines.
- After Effects or motion graphics knowledge is an advantage; relevant real estate, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle experience and a UAE driving licence are advantageous.
