The role
- Advise high-net-worth individuals and investors on Dubai's prestigious off-plan opportunities.
- Manage qualified buyer leads with a consultative, investment-focused approach.
- Build a personal brand through social media, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Represent Elysian at developer launches, roadshows, and VIP events.
- Stay informed about luxury developments and market movements.
- Negotiate and close high-value transactions end-to-end.
What the employer is looking for
- Proven Dubai off-plan sales experience; luxury experience is preferred.
- Ability to self-generate business, with a strong investment mindset and market understanding.
- RERA certification and a valid UAE driver's license.
- Professional, ambitious, and performance-driven candidates.
