Elysian is growing its off-plan and secondary divisions and offers brokers leadership, training, collaboration, marketing, and operational support.
The Role
- Advise high-net-worth individuals and investors on Dubai off-plan opportunities.
- Manage qualified buyer leads with a consultative, investment-focused approach.
- Build personal brand presence through social media, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Represent Elysian at developer launches, roadshows, and VIP events.
- Maintain expert knowledge of luxury developments and market movements.
- Negotiate and close high-value transactions end to end.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven off-plan sales experience in Dubai; luxury experience is preferred.
- Ability to self-generate business and strong investment mindset and market understanding.
- Professional, ambitious, and performance-driven approach.
- RERA certification and a valid UAE driver’s license.
