Experienced real estate investment advisors will join Elysian's expanding team.
The opportunity is aimed at brokers seeking stronger support, training, collaboration, and a structured sales environment.
The role
- Advise high-net-worth individuals and investors on Dubai off-plan opportunities.
- Manage qualified buyer leads with a consultative, investment-focused approach.
- Build personal brand presence through social media, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Represent Elysian at developer launches, roadshows, and VIP events.
- Maintain expert knowledge of luxury developments and market movements.
- Negotiate and close high-value transactions end-to-end.
Candidate requirements
- Proven off-plan sales experience in Dubai; luxury experience is preferred.
- Ability to self-generate business and a strong investment mindset and market understanding.
- RERA certification and a valid UAE driver's license.
