Work arrangement

• The role uses hybrid working across company offices, client sites and home; it cannot be performed from home 100% of the time.

Experience and eligibility

• Substantial experience managing technical project teams across multiple locations and extensive public-sector project experience, including security-cleared programmes.
• Relevant project delivery may cover data warehousing, analysis, master data management, data science, migration and reporting.
• Bring strong AI delivery understanding, structured and agile project experience, and commercial experience with fixed-price and time-and-materials contracts.
• Experience leading pursuits, guiding clients on business change, developing staff and leading complex multi-vendor programmes is sought.
• Candidates must be eligible to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own client project delivery, budgets, outcomes, plans, risks, issues, dependencies and reporting.
• Lead programme portfolios and cross-functional teams; manage project finances, forecasts, resources and contract changes.
• Build client relationships, pursue additional business and select suitable agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery methods.
• Identify opportunities for AI and advanced analytics and architect valuable solutions while managing risk.
• Mentor and develop staff, lead engagement teams and balance innovation with delivery assurance and commercial control.
