Join Deloitte Digital’s Customer and Marketing consulting portfolio in the Middle East.
Support customer-centric transformation and digital change, with a focus on CRM process advisory, optimization, implementation, and operational management.
Areas of responsibility
- Advise on CRM initiatives and run CRM projects from roadmap creation through target operating model definition, software selection, and implementation.
Required experience and capabilities
- Bring 7–15 years of consulting experience, including CRM advisory and solution scoping, analysis, design, development, and delivery.
- Have proven experience setting CRM roadmaps, strategy, and operating models.
- Have previous experience in banking, retail, energy, or government.
- Bring CRM techno-functional experience and extensive business process knowledge across sales and service management, contact centers, CPQ, and integration.
- Communicate strongly, lead workshops, and drive functional and technical discussions.
- Have studies in computer science, engineering, business administration, or comparable training; career changers are welcome.
- Show affinity for new technologies and modern or agile project management methods.
- Have prior consulting experience in an advisory capacity and willingness to travel.
