Job Purpose
Handle the entire retail credit process through approval by the higher authority using RCAP.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process all applications received from branches and sales teams through RCAP.
- Manage the retail assets portfolio and consolidate achievements for retail management.
- Prepare yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily MIS reports related to the retail portfolio.
- Respond to queries raised by branches and sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with risk, compliance, and audit policies and procedures.
Service Quality
- Provide high-quality service to branches, the Priority team, and DST.
- Respond to queries from branches and DST regarding retail products.
- Monitor and optimize productivity and efficiency in RCIT.
- Maintain proper and equal distribution of cases among the team.
- Introduce at least one idea to improve a process or reduce cost.
Qualification
- Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- At least 10 years of banking experience and at least 5 years in a sales and service role.
- Fluent English and Arabic communication skills.
- Good knowledge of local banking regulations and retail products.
- Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.
