Job purpose
Lead and expand the Priority Banking segment through profitability, customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and service excellence.

Oversee strategic Retail Banking initiatives and projects that support the bank’s growth objectives.
Duties and responsibilities
- Drive financial performance against budget, revenue, new-to-bank customer acquisition, cross-selling, and investment sales targets.
- Develop Priority Banking propositions, products, campaigns, and customer engagement strategies to grow the portfolio and improve customer experience.
- Partner with Marketing and internal stakeholders on campaigns, brand positioning, and market awareness.
- Gather customer needs and feedback and improve products, processes, and service delivery.
- Lead strategic initiatives, process enhancements, and UAT to improve efficiency, compliance, and turnaround times.
- Coordinate frontline and support teams to deliver seamless service and resolve issues.
- Manage and develop Relationship Managers to achieve business objectives, service standards, and training requirements.
- Support Emiratization by identifying suitable Cash Operations roles for UAE nationals and mentoring new joiners.
Qualifications and experience
- A master’s degree in Business Management or Chartered Accountancy is required.
- At least 15 years of retail banking experience, including at least 5 years in Priority Banking.
- Relevant product, sales and distribution, people management, and industry knowledge is required.
- Employee banking or similar personal banking experience is preferred; UAE experience is highly desirable.

- Strong conceptual, planning, and directing skills; cultural awareness and knowledge.
- Sound analytical skills and commercial awareness.
