Drive branch performance by achieving sales and service targets, delivering customer service, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Identify business growth opportunities and lead, develop, and motivate staff while supporting the Bank's Emiratisation objectives.
Key accountabilities
- Achieve asset, liability, revenue, and profitability targets across Retail and SME banking.
- Grow sales through customer acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling.
- Ensure regulatory, policy, and Code of Conduct compliance; maintain effective risk management and internal controls.
- Monitor overdue accounts, coordinate recovery actions, and support regulatory reviews, audits, and compliance monitoring.
- Deliver customer service to established standards, address complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Oversee teller services, cash management, security, transaction processing, and operational controls.
- Maintain satisfactory audit ratings and implement control measures.
- Implement and maintain the Branch Business Continuity Plan and disruption readiness.
- Maintain branch premises, security standards, signage, and customer communication materials.
- Lead employees through performance management, training, career development, and job rotation; support staff engagement, succession planning, and Emiratisation objectives.
Qualifications and experience
- Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- At least 10 years of banking experience, including 5 years in a sales and service role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of local banking regulations.
