Manages reporting requirements and business operations support for CBIS, CB Leasing, and CBRE.
Focuses on financial MI, planning, financial reporting, cost controls, and improving reporting systems and analysis.
Reporting, planning and performance
- Deliver timely reports to stakeholders, including external parties such as auditors, and analyze reports for business partners.
- Check system inputs and ensure information is complete and accurate.
- Manage forecasting and planning exercises to support strategic objectives.
- Support business performance, cost savings, control enhancement, and entity-wide KPI development.
- Manage MI systems and report trends, performance drivers, ratios, and comparisons of actuals with plans, forecasts, and history.
- Produce accurate monthly financial and MI reports that support transparent performance review and informed decisions.
Processes, controls and additional support
- Develop and maintain efficient systems and processes for financial, management, regulatory, and other reporting requirements.
- Automate and simplify processes; standardize reports and formats and document procedures in SOPs.
- Organize monthly activities with clear communicated timelines and a holistic approach to producing and circulating reports.
- Support finance team backup, tax matters, finance system implementation, and coordination with central finance and operations.
- Support financial control monitoring, cost reporting and optimization, credit card performance analysis, provision, IIS reporting, and assigned projects.
- Maintain policies, guidance notes, forms, templates, process maps, workflows, responsibility matrices, and escalation matrices.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree; a major in finance, accounting, or a management-related field is preferred.
