Manages reporting and business operations support, including financial MI, planning, reporting, and cost controls for CBIS, CB Leasing, and CBRE.
Reporting, planning and controls
- Deliver reports promptly to stakeholders, including external auditors, and analyze reports for business partners.
- Check system inputs for completeness and accuracy; manage forecasting and planning to support strategic objectives.
- Support performance management, cost savings, control enhancement, and entity-wide KPI reporting.
- Maintain reporting systems and processes for financial, management, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Report financial performance drivers, ratios, and actual results against plans, forecasts, and historical results.
- Produce accurate monthly MI and financial reporting to support informed decisions.
- Automate and simplify processes; document procedures, standardize formats, and organize monthly reporting activities and timelines.
Other accountabilities
- Provide team backup and support tax matters, finance-system implementation, financial controls, and coordination with CB Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Finance Operations.
- Support cost reporting and cost control, credit card performance analysis, provision and IIS reporting, and other assigned projects.
- Maintain policies, guidance, forms, templates, process maps, workflows, responsibility matrices, and escalation processes.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; a Finance, Accounting, or management-related major is preferred.
