Prepare and analyze financial and management information, oversee its controlled production, and optimize technology used to deliver reports and analysis.
Reporting, planning and performance
- Deliver required reporting on time to stakeholders, including external parties such as auditors, and analyze reports for business partners.
- Check system inputs and ensure data is complete and accurate.
- Manage forecasting and planning to support entity strategic objectives.
- Support business performance, cost savings and control enhancements, and develop KPIs for CBIS, CBRE and CB Leasing.
- Manage MI systems and report trends in financial performance, operational requirements, ratios and actual results versus plans, forecasts and history.
- Produce accurate monthly financial and MI reports that enable informed decisions.
- Automate and simplify processes; improve MI production efficiency and standardize reports and formats.
- Document reporting and MI processes in SOPs and organize monthly activities with clear timelines.
Additional accountabilities
- Provide backup support to other CBIS Finance team members and undertake necessary tasks during absences.
- Support entity tax matters and work with Accounting, Tax and Finance Operations.
- Liaise with CB Finance and support finance system implementation with business teams.
- Ensure financial controls are implemented, monitored and regularly reported.
- Support cost reporting and cost-control activities, and provide credit-card performance analysis and provision and IIS reporting.
- Maintain policies, procedures, process maps, workflows, responsibility and escalation matrices, guidance notes, forms and templates.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree; a finance, accounting or management-related major is preferred.
