Manager - Finance Reporting MI, Planning and Analysis

Job Summary

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver reporting on time to stakeholders, including external parties such as auditors; generate reports and analyze them for business partners.
• Check information and system inputs for completeness and accuracy.
• Manage forecasting and planning to support entity strategic objectives.
• Support business performance, cost savings, and control enhancements for CBIS.
• Support KPI development and performance measurement and reporting for CBIS, CBRE, and CB Leasing.
• Develop and maintain systems and processes for financial, management, regulatory, and other reporting requirements.
• Manage reporting and MI systems, reporting trends in financial drivers, outcomes, ratios, and actual-versus-plan, forecast, and historical results.
• Produce accurate monthly financial and MI reporting that enables transparency and informed decisions.
• Automate and simplify processes, improve MI production and analysis efficiency, and standardize report formats.
• Document reporting, planning, and MI processes in SOPs and organize monthly activities with clear timelines.

Other Accountabilities

• Provide backup for finance team members and cover necessary tasks during absences.
• Support entity tax matters and coordinate with Accounting, Tax, and Finance Operations.
• Liaise with CB Finance and support finance system implementations with business teams.
• Ensure financial control activities are implemented, monitored, and reported regularly, with support from the Finance Operation Assistant Manager.
• Support cost reporting and cost control, credit card performance analysis, provision and IIS reporting, and other assigned projects.
• Maintain policies, procedures, escalation guidance, forms, templates, process maps, workflows, and responsibility matrices to support effective operations and succession planning.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance, accounting, or a management-related major is preferred.
