Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, client requirements, and company policies; monitor performance across project sites.
- Conduct environmental inspections, audits, and risk assessments; manage waste, pollution control, biodiversity, and resource conservation programs.
- Prepare environmental reports, permits, and compliance documentation; coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead environmental incident investigations and corrective and preventive actions; conduct training and awareness programs for project teams.
- Drive ESG and sustainability initiatives; support ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, environmental KPIs, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor the E&S team, promote environmental best practices, and support sustainable development and resource optimization.
