The E&S Manager (Environment & Sustainability) oversees environmental compliance and sustainability performance across project sites.
Environmental compliance and programs
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, client requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments across project activities.
- Manage waste, pollution control, biodiversity, and resource-conservation programs.
- Prepare reports, permits, and compliance documentation and submit regulatory requirements on time.
Coordination and improvement
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Investigate environmental incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct environmental training and awareness programs for project teams.
- Monitor environmental KPIs and support continuous improvement.
Sustainability and leadership
- Drive ESG and sustainability initiatives and promote environmental best practices.
- Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
- Lead and mentor the E&S team and support sustainable development and resource optimization.
Requirements
- Lead and mentor the E&S team to achieve project and organizational sustainability goals.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, client requirements, and company policies.
- Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
