The Manager joins A&M’s Supply Chain and Manufacturing team in its Performance Improvement practice.
The role designs and implements digital solutions across supply chain planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.
The manager translates business requirements into vendor solution capabilities and required customizations for end-to-end transformation programs.
Solution design and implementation
- Evaluate technologies and providers; develop solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, digital strategies, and target operating models.
- Define and validate data, governance, cloud, and API/integration architecture.
- Assess current-state gaps and design target states; translate needs into specifications, process configurations, and designs.
- Support ERP and supply chain module implementation, enterprise integration, and RICEFW templates.
Testing, deployment, and change
- Own delivery from requirements through configuration, integration, testing, go-live, and stabilization.
- Design and execute unit, integration, and UAT scenarios; validate configurations against business scenarios.
- Support migration, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and troubleshooting; track issues using MS Project and JIRA.
- Prepare SOPs, training materials, and manuals; run training and workshops and drive adoption and user readiness.
Improvement and client delivery
- Identify post-implementation improvements and automation opportunities; support supply chain reporting and system upgrades or rollouts.
- Evaluate emerging generative AI and agentic AI applications for continued optimization.
- Lead day-to-day workstreams, prepare executive presentations and recommendations, and facilitate client and stakeholder discussions.
- Develop thought leadership and reusable tools, contribute to proposals and business development, and support internal knowledge and training.
Qualifications
- 6–11 years of relevant experience in digital supply chain transformation, planning, logistics, operational excellence, or technology implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related field; an MBA or relevant master’s degree is also listed.
- Strong end-to-end supply chain and operating-model knowledge, including process re-engineering, mapping, and target-state design.
- Implementation experience across planning, logistics, WMS, TMS, procurement, or MES solutions; familiarity with enterprise data, cloud, migration, APIs, and integration.
- Hands-on platform experience may include SAP, Oracle SCM Cloud, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Microsoft Dynamics, o9, WMS, or TMS.
- Strong communication, stakeholder and change management, organization, analytical, quantitative, and root-cause problem-solving skills.
- Consulting experience is preferred. AI/ML exposure and tools including Alteryx, Power BI, Python, and linear programming platforms are a plus.
