Role contributions

• Manage complex workstreams, develop storylines, and handle day-to-day client relations.
• Develop and implement concepts for transformation, performance improvement, rightsizing, turnaround, and pre- and post-deal support.
• Help grow the practice, expand routes to market, generate deal flow, and build a sustainable business.
• Develop pitches and sell projects from diagnostic phases into implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience in energy-industry performance improvement consulting and a successful consulting delivery record.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/higher in engineering, accounting, business, or a similar discipline from an accredited top-tier university.
• At least 8 years in management consulting; corporate experience with major energy players is beneficial.
• A recent record of leading teams and delivering transformational assignments with agreed benefits.
• Strong financial, business, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including financial modeling and deep-dive analysis.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required; Arabic is desirable.
• MBA, CFA, CA, or a master’s degree is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in transformation, restructuring, turnaround, merger integration, or carve-outs is desirable.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the Middle East and beyond at short notice.
