Financial Reporting Manager joining the Riyadh-based Finance Team supporting offices across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Works with the Finance Manager, finance colleagues, external advisors, auditors, the Middle East Finance Director and the wider business.
Financial reporting and compliance
- Complete monthly close and journals; review monthly reconciliations and investigate differences.
- Reconcile local GAAP and management accounts; review quarterly intercompany reconciliations and invoicing.
- Lead and support audits, statutory financial statements, tax returns, VAT and other fiscal filings.
- Support regional e-invoicing implementation and maintain controls and regulated-entity compliance.
- Support ERP testing and data review, improve workflows, and assist with Local Content and In-Country Value filings.
Qualifications and experience
- Qualified accountant with 5–7 years of industry experience; professional services experience is ideal.
- Must have experience managing and leading the entire audit cycle.
- Experience in international multi-site business, foreign-exchange transactions and local GAAP financial statements.
- VAT preparation, review and submission experience is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with global ERP systems.

- Able to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with large data sets and detail-driven processes.
