Role responsibilities

• Support data, reporting, and platform delivery through analysis, reporting build, and testing.
• Gather and document data and reporting requirements from Operations teams.
• Build, test, and maintain reporting outputs and analysis used to evidence problems and measure benefits.
• Investigate data-quality issues and trace them to their source.
• Build and execute test scripts for platform and reporting changes, tracking defects through resolution.
• Support platform implementation for fund structures, new client setups, and transitions.
• Prepare user guidance and support Operations teams through go-live.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reporting.

Candidate requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in private assets accounting or operations, with exposure to reporting or data work.
• Solid technical knowledge of private-assets processes and the data they produce.
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining reporting, or a clear appetite to develop in that direction.
• Strong analytical skills, including interrogating data and evidencing recommendations.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage several pieces of work at once.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Exposure to reporting, workflow, or automation tooling is advantageous; working toward a professional accounting designation is also advantageous.
