Team and business line

Role responsibilities

• Coordinate month-end collateral interest processes and instruct collateral and treasury transfers via SWIFT.
• Prepare expense payments in Æxeo Treasury and agree and process OTC client payments.
• Review vendor platforms, PB matching portals, and trade recaps on trade date.
• Manage listed securities settlements through Prime Broker platforms, ensuring trades are pre-matched and settle.
• Review and process exceptions, escalate and resolve breaks, and affirm or confirm trades with clients and executing counterparties.
• Assist with training and developing junior team members; contribute to special projects as needed.
• Work with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve open issues professionally.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative subject.
• Knowledge of various fund types.
• Strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Able to learn new systems, source information from multiple systems, and organize and prioritize work.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and counterparties by email and phone.

Advantageous experience

• Cash settlements experience or exposure is beneficial but not essential.
• Exposure to ISDA bilateral agreements and collateral processes is beneficial but not essential.
• Exposure to equities, bonds, equity swaps, FX, futures, and OTC products is beneficial but not essential.
