Role overview

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or centralize processes across business units.
• Evaluate organizational structures, decision-making models, and ownership frameworks.
• Assess and document current and target operating models, including roles, responsibilities, governance, and service delivery.
• Plan and co-facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Support or lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across business units and stakeholder groups.
• Capture and distribute clear meeting minutes and action items.

Experience and capabilities

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in process analysis or improvement.
• Advanced analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience analyzing processes and recommending improvements; ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information.
• Experience identifying simplification, standardization, or centralization opportunities across business units.
• Ability to assess operating models, organizational structures, governance, and service delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, and stakeholder skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, discovery sessions, or requirements-gathering discussions.
• Proven experience in data analysis and insight generation, meeting documentation, and executive-level presentations.
• Experience supporting or leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.

Technical skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Optix, or Figma.
• Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities; proficiency with SharePoint and collaborative tools.
• Strong proficiency with AI and intelligent automation technologies, including regular use of AI tools.
• Process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking are cited as examples.

Additional qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry is preferred.
