Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies and plans.
• Monitor asset performance; analyze equipment failures, reliability KPIs, downtime, and maintenance costs.
• Conduct root-cause analysis, establish corrective actions, and identify reliability improvements.
• Support commissioning, shutdowns, turnarounds, upgrades, asset lifecycle management, and condition monitoring.
• Maintain asset records and documentation, assess equipment criticality, and plan spares and maintenance resources.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors, support CMMS/EAM systems, and ensure safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reliability reports and dashboards and provide technical guidance to maintenance, engineering, and operations personnel.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, asset management, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance and methods such as RCM, FMEA, RCA, Weibull, or criticality analysis.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, rotating equipment, or industrial systems; experience with maintenance KPIs and CMMS/EAM.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; Excel and maintenance-data analysis proficiency.
• A related engineering bachelor’s degree is preferred; CMRP, CRE, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or relevant engineering certifications are advantageous.
