Full-time Logistics Coordinator role supporting hospital supply chain operations in Doha, Qatar.

Supply and inventory coordination
- Coordinate receipt, storage, movement, and distribution of medical supplies, hospital consumables, equipment, and non-medical materials.
- Monitor stock and coordinate replenishment to help prevent shortages of essential supplies.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, purchasing, and hospital departments to ensure materials are available when needed.
Deliveries and records
- Plan and track deliveries, shipments, dispatches, and internal distribution schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, transport companies, and delivery personnel about order status, delivery schedules, and discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory records, stock movement logs, delivery notes, purchase orders, and goods receipt documentation.
- Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes for quantities and specifications.
Qualifications and experience
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Inventory Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous logistics, hospital logistics, supply chain, inventory, warehouse, or materials management experience is an advantage.
- Healthcare, hospital, medical center, pharmaceutical supply, or medical warehouse experience is preferred.
- Understand logistics coordination, inventory control, stock replenishment, delivery scheduling, and warehouse operations.
- Be familiar with purchase orders, goods received notes, delivery notes, stock records, and supplier documentation.
- Inventory systems, ERP software, WMS, or Microsoft Excel experience is an advantage.
- Be able to monitor stock, track deliveries, reconcile inventory, and identify supply discrepancies.
