Responsibilities
- Lead execution of the hotel's learning and development strategy.
- Coordinate onboarding, departmental training, and mandatory compliance programs.
- Help colleagues and leaders identify development opportunities and career growth plans.
- Monitor training completion and maintain learning records.
- Conduct quality audits and support brand standards compliance.
- Track guest feedback, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives.
- Assist departments with service excellence and continuous improvement plans.
- Prepare for brand audits, quality assessments, and guest satisfaction reviews.
- Promote engagement, learning, and continuous improvement across the hotel.
What we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least three years of relevant experience in Learning and Development, Training, Quality, or Human Resources; hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, guest experience standards, and quality management practices.
- Learning management systems and training administration experience is an advantage.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail; ability to influence and collaborate across levels.
