Role Overview

entry‑level Learning & Development Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support for L&D initiatives, including scheduling, calendar management, session logistics, registrations, attendance tracking, and post‑training evaluations.
• Maintain accurate L&D records, trackers, reports, and documentation in line with internal requirements.
• Coordinate communication with employees, managers, trainers, and vendors (confirmations, reminders, follow‑ups).
• Prepare basic L&D materials and presentations and support reporting activities.
• Identify repetitive/manual administrative tasks within L&D processes and suggest opportunities for automation or improvement.
• Support the L&D team with general administrative tasks as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred).
• Fresh graduate or up to
• 1–2 years of experience
• in an administrative or coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness and ability to learn new systems and digital tools quickly.
• Preferred Qualifications – AI & Automation (Nice to Have):
• Hands‑on exposure to

Microsoft Power Automate

• (e.g., simple workflows, approvals, automated notifications, reminders).
• Experience using

Microsoft 365 Copilot

• to draft, summarize, or structure documents, emails, trackers, or reports.
