Role Description
Full-time, on-site Learning and Development Coordinator position based in Dubai.
Design, implement, and manage learning programs and training activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs analyses and develop instructional materials.
- Coordinate with department heads to align training programs with company goals.
- Maintain the Learning Management System.
- Provide ongoing employee support and feedback to encourage professional growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in training and development processes, including planning and executing training sessions and initiatives.
- Experience with learning management and familiarity with managing and optimizing Learning Management Systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for employee engagement and collaboration.
- Expertise in instructional design and developing materials for diverse learning styles and needs.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and hospitality or service-industry experience are advantages.
- Proactive approach, ability to work independently, and strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks.
Employment Term
Job type is contract, with a stated contract length of 24 months.
