Serve food and beverages to restaurant guests promptly and in accordance with operating and hygiene standards.
Take orders efficiently, using suggestive selling and upselling techniques.
Guest service and operations
- Maintain established service standards and provide guests with consistently high service to support satisfaction.
- Keep operating and storage areas clean and organized.
- Coordinate with supervisors for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Deliver food and beverages on time and complete the summary sheet.
- Keep the supervisor informed of relevant departmental issues.
- Follow operating standards intended to improve department performance.
Role expectations
- Be thoroughly familiar with the menu, beverages, and prices.
- Follow established service procedures and hygiene standards.
- Maintain consistent grooming standards.
