Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Customer service excellence, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach.
- Teamwork, collaboration, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus; proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Hospitality Management or a related qualification is preferred.
