Role Overview

Core Skills

• Required skills include ETABS, precast connection design, structural analysis, and structural engineering.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum qualification is a Master of Engineering (ME).

Technical Leadership

• Lead design of structural wall panels, architectural cladding panels, columns, beams, floor slabs, staircases, hollow core slabs, and utility structures.
• Perform design checks and independently review complex precast engineering calculations.
• Develop optimized solutions balancing structural performance, manufacturing efficiency, transportation limitations, and erection requirements.

Connection Engineering

• Lead complex precast connection design and review, including bolted, welded, embedded plate, grouted sleeve, and hybrid steel-precast connections.
• Ensure project-specific robustness, progressive collapse, and seismic requirements are addressed.

Project Delivery

• Manage multiple projects and design packages simultaneously.
• Coordinate with clients, structural consultants, architects, contractors, fabrication facilities, and site erection teams.
• Participate in design reviews, value engineering sessions, and technical workshops.
• Complete design deliverables on schedule and within project quality requirements.

Data Center Projects

• Lead precast solutions for hyperscale and enterprise data centers.
• Coordinate with CSA, BIM, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• Support fast-track design programs and phased construction strategies.
• Develop solutions for façade panels, equipment yard walls, security or blast-resistant structures, and modular construction.
